Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $85. Orders below this threshold will have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95. Some larger or heavy items carry an additional oversize shipping surcharge ranging from $5 to $20, which is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays) are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping following on the next available business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed Fridays.
Additional Details
Most shipments arrive within 3 to 7 business days across Canada via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes or remote northern territories without contacting support first.
